Osborne's Pool Leak Detection uses the most technically advanced equipment to determine if a pool is leaking. Within minutes we will be able to know if there is any water loss, this is done with Anderson Manufacturing Leakalyzer, the Leakalyzer is designed to measure water loss down to the minute of the amount of gallons lost. Our tests are done with the pump running and the pump off to determine gallons per minute loss. You could unknowingly buy a home with a pool and find out that there is a major repair that has been hidden by the seller.

The following items are covered according to the services picked:

• Equipment inspection
• Deck inspection
• Pool lights
• Pool bonding electrical inspection performed by a certified licensed contractor (additional cost)
• Liner, fiberglass or Gunnite pool shell inspection

• Interior fittings consisting of return fittings
• Skimmer inspection
• Stair inspection
• Ladder and handrail inspection
• Pressure test of all pool lines (if LeakaLyzer indicates water loss, quotes are available for any repairs needed)

Leakalyzer report — $200.00
Complete Leak Inspection (includes Leaka Lyzer report) — $500.00

Pool Inspection — $300.00 to $500.00
Electrical Inspection — $90.00

These prices are based on a 10-mile radius from Florence, SC, there may be additional travel time that is billable according to proximity of job. All payments are due upon completion of services, we reserve the right to ask for any attorney fees, court cost and additional fees within reason to collect any fees owed to Osborne's Pool Leak Detection.
